Sponsorship Window - 12 months

Whether a new contract took effect immediately after the end of the previous contract (a renewal), or was entered into at a later date. If a sponsor comes back within a 12 month period, the recurring sponsorship fee is payable to TCACC. The sponsorship window does not expire after being used.

Benchmark Report

A Sponsorship Benchmark Report provides you with clarity on your current sponsorship performance. The benchmarks are generated from the community sport sponsorship industry. Benchmarks that are utilised in the report include:

• National Average

• State Average

• National Sport Average - where available

• State Sport Average - where available

• Postcode Average

Ultimately, the Sponsorship Benchmark Report aims to identify 10+ industries that sponsor community sport either within your sport or region, that are not currently aligned with your club.

Club Synopsis

A Club Synopsis stops you guessing! It provides insights on your Club that your potential new sponsors want to know. Stand out from other clubs seeking sponsorship by implementing a data driven approach to sponsorship.

Consultation

Your consultation will be held with TCACC founder, Robert Honan or your dedicated Account Manager. Consultations may occur via phone or video conference, at the discretion of TCACC

Done For You: Grant Submissions

TTCACC will:

1. Project manage the application process

2. Research, draft and develop required documents

3. Prepare your application to align with the proposed criteria of the funding body

Ultimately, we will engage with internal club stakeholders to ensure full transparency, clarity and ownership is retained by the club at all times.

Grant Reviews

Membership

Membership is for either a month or per annum, based on the plan that you choose. You can cancel your plan at anytime via your Paypal account. Paypal cancellation's process can be viewed here.

ROI Sponsorship Tool (Setup)

The tool allows club members to record their patronage of club sponsors. Ultimately this tool allows the club to provide your sponsor with a specific financial figure as a ROI on their sponsorship fee. Note: there is a monthly fee that will be applicable to the club that is dependent on it's social media size that is not included in the membership.

Sponsorship Coaching Program

This is an end-to-end coaching program that sets any volunteer up to be successful with sponsorship. There is 3.5 hours of content across 16 topics.

If you have limited or no experience in sales or sponsorship, this program will give you the foundations and confidence to be successful in identifying, acquiring, servicing and retaining sponsors

Sponsorship Workforce (Club Initiated)

We work with you to identify potential sponsorship opportunities within your club network. Once identified, we will call the identified business to initiate a discussion on sponsorship. We will progress the discussion to the point where we have confidence that a deal is imminent and a club volunteer can finalise it within 1 or 2 meetings.

Sponsorship Workforce (TCACC Initiated)

We will utilise our industry network, via the community sport sponsorship industry to identify businesses and industries that are proven to sponsor community sport who are not currently sponsoring your club. Once identified, we will call the identified business to initiate a discussion on sponsorship. We will progress the discussion to the point where we have confidence that a deal is imminent and a club volunteer can finalise it within 1 or 2 meetings.

Users

The number of people that TCACC will engage with from the club. Each user will have access to the project management software, monthly Q&A and can lodge documents for review
